Filipe Albuquerque and Tom Blomqvist will not be able to compete for United Autosports as they will be in Long Beach for the third round of the IMSA SportsCar Championship. As already announced by the British team, they will be replaced in the #22 and #23 Oreca 07s by Ben Hanley and Giedo van der Garde respectively.

Juan Manuel Correa, who missed Sebring due to a clash of dates with Formula 2, will make his WEC debut in the #9 Prema Racing Oreca 07. As for the local António Félix da Costa, he will be replacing Will Stevens in the #48 Oreca 07 of Hertz Team Jota, which won the LMP2 race in Florida.

As at the 1000 miles of Sebring, there will be 37 cars at the start, 11 in the Hypercar category, 12 in LMP2 and 14 in GTE Am.

The race will take place on Sunday 16 April, with a scheduled start time of 12:00 local time.
