General terms and conditions of use
The purpose of these general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as "GTCU") is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions under which Endurance-Info makes the website and its services available and to define the conditions of access and use of the services by the "User".
These GTCU are accessible on the website under the heading "GTCU". The GTCU must be accepted by any User wishing to access the website. They constitute the contract between the website and the User. Access to the website by the User signifies his/her acceptance of these GTCU. The User undertakes to respect these conditions.
Any registration or use of the website implies acceptance of these GTCU by the user without any reservation or restriction. ARTICLE 2 : Access to the website
The Endurance-Info website allows the User to access the following services: reading articles and race results.
The website is accessible anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User in accessing the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) shall be borne by the User.
A non-member User does not have access to the reserved services. To do so, he/she must register by completing the form. By agreeing to register for the reserved services, the member User undertakes to provide truthful and accurate information concerning his/her civil status and contact details, in particular his/her email address.
The User is responsible for updating the information provided. It is specified that he/she may modify it by connecting to his/her member area. To access the services, the User must identify himself/herself using his/her user name and password which will be communicated to him/her after registration and which are strictly personal. As such, he/she must not disclose them to anyone. Otherwise, he/she will remain solely responsible for the use that will be made of them.
The User may also apply to unsubscribe by going to the dedicated page on his personal space or by sending an email to: webmaster@endurance-info.com.
This will become effective within a reasonable period of time.
In the event of non-compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and/or use, the Endurance-Info website may suspend or even close a User's account after formal notice has been served by electronic means and remained without effect.
Any deletion of an account, for whatever reason, will result in the straightforward deletion of all the User's personal information.
Endurance-Info may not be held liable for any event due to an event of force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the website or server, subject to any interruption or modification in the event of maintenance. In such cases, the User agrees not to hold the publisher liable for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.

Any total or partial representation of this website by any means whatsoever without the express authorisation of the website operator constitutes an infringement punishable under Article L 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The Endurance-Info website may not be held liable for any viruses that may infect the computer or any computer equipment of the Internet user, following use, access or downloading from this website.
The website cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party

Any legal action taken by an injured third party against the website will be under the User's liability. Applicable law and jurisdiction This contract is governed by French law. In the event of failure to resolve a dispute between the parties amicably, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
