Despite the title and victories at the 24 Hours of Daytona and Petit Le Mans, Meyer Shank Racing has decided not to extend the contract of Oliver Jarvis and to look for a new team member to support Tom Blomqvist.

While several drivers including Patrick Pilet, Felipe Fraga and Neel Jani have been tested, Colin Braun has also stepped into the seat of the #60 Acura ARX-06, recently on the Sebring Raceway. Reigning IMSA LMP3 champion, he was the leading driver of the Core Autosport team... which has just closed its doors. Coincidence? Maybe not...

If this remains to be made official, the 34 year old American would therefore return to the top class of IMSA four years after having left it at the end of a season below expectations with a Nissan Onroak DPi.

As a reminder, as in 2022, Helio Castroneves will be the third driver on the three long races : 24 Hours of Daytona, 12 Hours of Sebring and Petit Le Mans, while Simon Pagenaud will support the trio at the end of January, in Florida.
