Last year, Neel Jani nearly won the GTE World Championship title with Porsche after a stormy finale in Bahrain. But suprisingly, he but has not raced for the german manufacturer in 2022. And if many expected him to race the 963 LMDh, he will not.

The Swiss driver only started one race this year: the 12 Hours of Sebring, called up at the last minute by Chip Ganassi Racing to replace Kevin Magnussen, who went back to F1. A race that he won in the #02 Cadillac DPi-V.R, which he shared with regular drivers Earl Bamber and Alex Lynn.
