Two new GT endurance races have been confirmed for the 2025-2026 winter season, offering teams an expanded programme of competitive events in the Middle East.

The Yas 4 Hours will take place at Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi, on 25 January 2026, followed one week later by the Lusail 4 Hours in Qatar on 31 January 2026. Both races will be open to GT3 and GT Cup (GTX1) cars, with all competitors running on Pirelli tyres.

The new events will use a fast and cost-efficient logistics solution between the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. For European teams, the project will also include an option for rapid return shipment to Europe through a dedicated loading point at the Port of Jeddah.

Driving Force Events, promoter of the Gulf 12 Hours and both new races, is already in contact with several interested teams. Other teams are invited to register their interest through the following link: https://doc.gulf12hours.com/ri4hr.
