The Mičánek Motorsport powered by Buggyra drivers profited from the misfortune of their sole remaining title rivals, with the #7 DINAMIC Motorsport Maserati crashing out of the race shortly before half distance. The weather played a part, with a shower during the opening stages leaving the track greasy.

Mauro Calamia started from pole aboard the DINAMIC machine and kept Nil Montserrat (#115 NM Racing Mercedes-AMG) at bay during the opening stages. Prette, meanwhile, made good progress from fifth on the grid, passing Rosina's title-chasing #11 Lamborghini on the 10-minute mark to move to third overall.

The leading Maserati appeared to be comfortable at the head of the order and was on course to further cut the gap at the top of the standings following victory in Saturday's race. But disaster struck at half distance when Calamia hit a wet patch and slid into the barriers, bringing DINAMIC's day to a close.

From this point the #11 Lamborghini simply needed to finish to secure the title. Formanek completed the second half of the race at heavily reduced speed – seemingly running on the full-course yellow limiter – lapping almost a minute off the pace by the end. Nevertheless, it was enough to ensure that he and Rosina wrapped up the Pro-Am crown with a round to spare.

Prette clinched the outright win – and an eighth Am triumph from 10 races – by passing the #115 NM Racing Mercedes-AMG of Alberto De Martin. The move came shortly after a safety car period, which was required to remove the stranded #7 Maserati.

The race ended with three Am cars at the head of the order as Luca Pirri completed an LP Racing one-two aboard the #88 Audi. He enjoyed an entertaining fight with Petr Lisa (#294 RTR Projects Mercedes-AMG), who rounded out the podium, and the #115 Mercedes-AMG of De Martin. The Spanish squad claimed its maiden Pro-Am win on home soil and is now in a position to fight for runner-up in the standings.

The 2025 GT2 European Series powered Pirelli season will conclude with another doubleheader round at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on 10–12 October.
