Green was fastest in the first segment of Q2, which was reserved for Pro and Gold Cup drivers. His time of 1m33.144s beat the sister #69 Emil Frey Racing Ferrari by 0.158s, though Chris Lulham was able to secure a commanding Gold Cup pole.

Green's performance was particularly impressive given that he had not sat in the car since Friday. Konsta Lappalainen qualified for Saturday's race and was eliminated on the opening lap, meaning Green did not have a chance to turn laps.

Jordan Pepper qualified third in the #63 Grasser Racing Lamborghini, while Arthur Leclerc was fourth in the best of the AF Corse - Francorchamps Motors Ferrari entries. Fifth overall and pole in the Silver Cup went to the highly impressive Lorens Lecertua. The #26 Saintéloc Racing Audi was quickest in the second segment of Sunday's qualifying, which featured the Silver and Bronze runners.

Sven Müller qualified sixth in yesterday's race-winning Rutronik Porsche. He was followed by fellow countryman and Sprint Cup points leader Maro Engel (#48 Winward Racing Mercedes-AMG), Benjamin Goethe (#59 Garage 59 McLaren) and Kelvin van der Linde (#32 Team WRT BMW).

Bronze Cup pole went to Dustin Blattner (#74 Kessel Racing Ferrari), who will start 24th overall on the 41-car grid. The American was 0.079s faster than Isaac Tutumlu Lopez (#112 CSA Racing McLaren) who showed well on his return to the series. Darren Leung was P3 in Bronze aboard the #991 Paradine Competition BMW.
