Iron Lynx is delighted to announce that the team will compete in the 2025 24 Hours of Le Mans with a three-car lineup.

Having won the 2024 European Le Mans Series title, Iron Lynx has taken the opportunity to expand its lineup for the 93rd edition of the legendary twice-around-the-clock competition.

In addition to the #60 and #61 Mercedes-AMG LMGT3 racecars that just completed their first FIA WEC outing at Lusail International Circuit, the team will field the #63 car in an increased lineup underlining Mercedes-AMG's exceptional return to the famed French classic.

The #63 car will be headlined by Stephen and Brenton Grove. The Australian father-son duo has great experience both at home and internationally and will make their Le Mans debut in the upcoming edition.

Mercedes-AMG Performance Driver Luca Stolz will be joining them for the race. A former Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup champion, the 29-year-old German racer has achieved outstanding results throughout his career and will be making his first Le Mans foray.

The full-season pairings of the #60, featuring Claudio Schiavoni, Matteo Cressoni and Matteo Cairoli, and #61, featuring Christian Ried, Lin Hodenius and Maxime Martin, will complete the Iron Lynx roster.

Andrea Piccini - Team Principal & CEO: "We are excited to line up one additional car in the 24 Hours of Le Mans and we are proud to represent Mercedes-AMG in their return edition with an expanded program. Both Stephen and Brenton have a good amount of experience, and they are a valuable addition to the team. Luca is an outstanding driver. I used to be teammates with him in the past, and I know he is extremely talented and experienced. He is somebody that the team can truly rely on.”

Brenton Grove - Driver #63 Mercedes-AMG LMGT3: “I’m so excited for this year’s program and the 24 Hour of Le Mans with AMG and Iron Lynx. To have the opportunity to compete in the biggest race in the world alongside my father and Luca is definitely my career highlight.

I’ve watched the race since I was a little kid, so to experience the atmosphere and be in the race during its golden years is something truly special. I can’t wait for the challenge.”

Stephen Grove - Driver #63 Mercedes-AMG LMGT3: “Le Mans is the last big race on my bucket list. I had a taste of the event in 2014 in a support category, but to do the main race is something I’ve always wanted to do.

To team up with Brenton, Luca and Iron Lynx gives me real confidence for the event. I know the AMG well and I feel now is the right time to take this opportunity and make the most of it. I can’t wait for the month of June to roll around.”
