The British squad will continue to run the Ferrari 296 GT3, but in a change from its distinctive Sky branding Tempesta has adopted an equally eye-catching colour scheme. The #93 machine is now backed by Dutch telecommunications company Ziggo, which brings a white and orange livery. The team has also adjusted its name to Ziggo Sport Tempesta.

There is a change to the driver line-up, too. Jonathan Hui is absent this term save for appearences at Monza and the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa, with his place taken by Italian racer Marco Pulcini. Chris Froggatt and Eddie Cheever III remain on board – both have been present since the team made its GT World Challenge Europe debut in 2019 – while the team also stays in the Bronze Cup class.

Hui is among the quickest Bronze drivers on the grid, though Pulcini looks to be a worthy replacement. The Italian brings experience of both Ferrari Challenge and International GT Open, earning back-to-back Pro-Am titles in the latter in 2023/2024. On both occasions, he shared a Ferrari 296 GT3 with the experienced Cheever.

He joins a Tempesta squad in a rich vein of form. The team is coming off the back of a second successive Bronze teams' and drivers' title double in the Endurance Cup, while Hui and Cheever scooped the overall Bronze drivers' crown in 2024. Tempesta can also lay claim to multiple Pro-Am titles, leaving just a CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa class win to complete a full set of GT World Challenge Europe honours.

The 2025 campaign will officially launch with the traditional Prologue at Circuit Paul Ricard on 10–11 March. The same venue will host the season-opening Endurance Cup race on 11–13 April, while the Sprint schedule begins at Brands Hatch on 3/4 May.
