WEC - Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA announces driver pairings

As the 2025 FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) season rapidly approaches, Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA is delighted to confirm its driver line-ups for the two Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA V-Series.R LMDh cars.

The Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA driver pairings for the 13th season of the FIA World Endurance Championship are as follows:

• Car #12: Alex Lynn (GB), Norman Nato (FR), Will Stevens (GB)
• Car #38: Earl Bamber (NZ), Sebastien Bourdais (FR), Jenson Button (GB)

Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA Team Principal, Dieter Gass, shared his thoughts on the driver selections: "We have six extremely strong drivers with a combination of experience and fresh eyes on the Cadillac program. Each of these drivers brings something unique to the table, and as a team, our job was to establish which combinations made the most sense to maximize the overall strengths of the group. While character and personality play a big role in team dynamics, driving style and preferences were also key factors in determining who would be paired in each car.

We took our time over this process, and we’re really looking forward to seeing what both trios can achieve in Qatar and beyond."

The driver line-ups represent a blend of seasoned endurance racing veterans and rising stars, creating a dynamic and competitive environment as the team embarks on its 2025 WEC campaign.

Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA Co-Founder, David Clark added: “Getting that chemistry right, not only between the drivers, but the entire team is something we pride ourselves on as a team. There’s no one individual more important than the rest. Absolutely everyone has their role to play and creating the right dynamic in which everyone can achieve their best is crucial to on-track success for us. During pre-season testing we’ve seen an incredible team spirit already build between our drivers and their crews and this is extremely encouraging but we don’t take anything for granted. Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA heads to Qatar for the official pre-season Prologue on 21/22nd February followed by Round 1 of the FIA World Endurance Championship at the Losail track on February 28th.
