Two experienced Bronze drivers for Akkodis ASP Team in WEC in 2025

After the announcement of the Pro drivers who will be on track for the 2025 FIA World Endurance Championship, Akkodis ASP Team reveals the names of their two Bronze drivers. They have one thing in common, they both know perfectly the team.
Aboard the Lexus RC F GT3 #87, with José María López, Romanian driver Petru Umbrarescu is making a comeback to the French squad. Petru joined Jérôme Policand's team in 2021 to compete in the GT World Challenge Europe Sprint Cup with Jules Gounon. After two podiums, the crew finished seventh in the championship. That same year, Petru also took part in the 24 Hours of Spa. Same entry in 2022 in the Sprint Cup, still with Akkodis ASP Team. Petru ended the championship in the Top 10 of the Silver Cup.
In the Lexus RC F GT3 #78, with Ben Barnicoat, Arnold Robin will continue his collaboration with Akkodis ASP Team in 2025. Winner of the GT3 drivers' title in the Michelin Le Mans Cup in 2023, the Frenchman joined the FIA World Endurance Championship last season. In this ultra-competitive championship, Arnold has learned and improved a lot, allowing the team to access the LMGT3 Hyperpole three times in the qualifying phase (the 10 fastest drivers).
