IMSA - Era Motorsport confirmed for LMP2 Entry in 2025

Era Motorsport, attempting to make come-from-behind efforts to capture the Le Mans Prototype 2 (LMP2) season and IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup championships this season, has its LMP2 entry confirmed for the 2025 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship campaign.

The No. 18 Era Motorsport ORECA LMP2 07 won two of the series’ major events to open the 2024 season: the Rolex 24 At Daytona and Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring Presented by Cadillac. The team is third in the LMP2 season standings, 123 points from the lead, and also third in the Michelin Endurance Cup rankings, just two points back. Only the season-ending Motul Petit Le Mans at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta on Oct. 12 remains on this year’s schedule.

2025 drivers for Era Motorsport’s LMP2 entry will be named at a later date.
