Valentino Rossi will be at 2025 Bathurst 12H
Back in April, Valentino Rossi wasn't sure whether he would contest the 2025 Bathurst 12 Hours. The reason? He has his 46th birthday to celebrate on February 16 and the BMW M Motorsport drider knew he would have to make a difficult choice.
With the Bathurst 12 Hours taking place at the end of January, the decision was easier to make and Valentino Rossi will indeed be on Mont Panorama from January 31 to February 2.
I'll be at the start of the 2025 Bathurst 12 Hours,’ said Valentino Rossi during the GT World Challenge Europe meeting at the Nürburgring. I hope it will be with these two guys.
Those two guys are Maxime Martin and Raffaele Marciello, his two teammates in the European championship. The trio finished 5th in the 2024 edition in a BMW M4 GT3, one place better for Vale than the previous year, when he shared his seat with Maxime Martin and Augusto Farfus.
The Bathurst 12 Hours will launch the 2025 season of the Intercontinental GT Challenge.
We could see him again in the Intercontinental GT Challenge this year. There's still the 8 Hours of Indianapolis at the beginning of October, and the decision hasn't been made yet. I've got quite a busy schedule in September, but I'll have a bit more time in October,’ he said.
