LMEM today revealed the entry list for the second round of the 2024 World Endurance Championship season, which will be held at Imola.

Given the seriousness of the year's entries, no surprises were to be expected. As a result, 37 cars - 19 in Hypercar and 18 in LMGT3 - are expected to line up at the start of the 6 Hours of Imola (April 21), a track which will be used for the first time by competitors in the World Endurance Championship.

In the premier class, as expected, Great Britain's Alex Lynn and New Zealand's Earl Bamber will race as a duo in the N°2 Cadillac Racing V-Series.R, as will also be the case at the 6 Hours of Spa (April 11).

In LMGT3, there's nothing to report either, with the same eighteen crews as those seen at the 1812km of Qatar (March 2). Ian James, entered in the #27 The Heart of Racing Aston Martin Vantage, has chosen WEC over IMSA, where the third round of the 2024 campaign takes place on the same weekend in Long Beach, California.
