ITW Pipo Derani (1/2) : "2023, one of my strongest seasons"

Pipo Derani is the only IMSA driver to feature in the second round of the Endurance-Info awards. The 30-year-old Brazilian was the main architect of Action Express Racing's IMSA title win. Ahead of the 2024 campaign, he spoke to Endurance-Info. First part : his 2023 IMSA season.

A second championship title, a fourth win at the 12 Hours of Sebring, is the 2023 season your best so far?
I think so, because when I look overall, there was barely zero mistakes on my side. And as you know, in IMSA, it is very easy to make mistakes. I was quite happy to maintain the level very high from the beginning to the end of the season. I would say probably it is one of my strongest seasons if not the best one.
