Highly visible in 2023, both in the Oreca 07 of the Duqueine Team in ELMS and in the Porsche 963 of Proton Competition in WEC as well as at Petit Le Mans, Neel Jani will continue his adventure with the German team in 2024.

While he is expected to compete in the World Endurance Championship in the Porsche 963 owned by Christian Ried, the 2016 24 Hours of Le Mans winner will also contest the IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup races in the #59 car alongside team-mates whose identities have yet to be revealed. The 39-year-old Swiss will once again bring all his experience to a team which is still discovering Prototype and hybrid-powered cars.

American endurance racing also suits him well, as he won the Petit Le Mans in 2012 and 2013, as well as the 12 Hours of Sebring in 2022. Last October, it was he - along with Harry Tincknell and Gianmaria Bruni - who gave Proton Competition its first podium in the top class, thanks to a third-place finish in the 26th edition of the Petit Le Mans.
