In 2023, the Wegberg-based team will once again compete in the Asian Le Mans Series with a Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2.

The drivers who will be piloting the Huracán GT3 in the five ALMS races in Sepang (2 & 3 December 2023), Dubai (4 February 2024) and Abu Dhabi (10 & 11 February 2024) are regular drivers Gabriel Rindone (IT) and Brendon Leitch (NZ) as well as Lamborghini factory driver Marco Mapelli (IT).

Managing Directors Marcel Leipert & Marc Poos: "After a successful debut in the Asian Le Mans Series at the beginning of this year with two podium finishes and fourth place overall, we will once again be competing in the highly competitive series with our competitive driver line-up. After narrowly missing out on the overall podium last season, our goal this year is clear. We want to finish on the podium!

Once again, we are delighted about the trustful cooperation with Lamborghini Squadra Corse."

The upcoming year begins like the old one ended. Leipert Motorsport will contest the 24h race in Dubai (13.01.2024) with a strong Lamborghini Huracán GT3. At the opening event of the 24h Series 2024, the ALMS driver pairing will be supplemented by Matthias Hoffsümmer. Another driver for the Lamborghini with start number 63 will be announced later.
