WEC / Formula E clash - Can a solution be found? Who will prioritise what?

Many competitors in WEC and Formula E are likely to see one of their programmes affected by a clash of dates between the Spa-Francorchamps 6 Hours and the Berlin ePrix.
WHAT ARE THE CLASHES TO BE DEPLORED?
Just a few weeks ago, they were confident that a solution would be found. But after Formula E published a revised calendar for its forthcoming season at the end of October, hopes were dimmed, if not completely dashed.
