How would you define your role?
I'd like to be the conductor of an orchestra. The one who puts a drop of oil in the gears, that's fine too. I don't need to be a leader of men, because they are so involved that it's not an issue.
You told us after the first tests that, for the first time in your career, you didn't know the first names of everyone in the pits. How are you getting on?
