Too many scandals linked to the Balance of Performance have prompted legislators and competitors to work on a new system for 2024.

What a complex subject... BoP 2.0 had given us high hopes, but nothing seems to be going right, and the Balance of Performance seems to be a plague. "In GT World Challenge, it's understandable, both because of the diversity of the cars accepted and because of the marketing aspect of the series," said one competitor. "But this is a World Championship."
