WHAT'S GOING ON AT CADILLAC RACING?

Why has Cadillac Racing become so 'transparent' in the WEC, when at the start of the season the V-Series.R was the third force on the grid behind Toyota and Ferrari? While the Peugeot 9X8 moved ahead after Le Mans just with the help of the BoP, it is above all with Porsche that the hierarchy seems to have been reversed.
