The long-awaited Tipo 6 Competizione finally hit to the track this morning. Isotta Fraschini has taken over the Vallelunga circuit, north of Rome, today and tomorrow to carry out the shakedown of its Hypercar. The task was entrusted to Michelotto driver Maurizio Mediani. However, Ryan Cullen could also be part of the event, who posted yesterday on social networks that he was "Race week but first off to Italy tomorrow for some secret stuff."   The Tipo 6 Competizione hit the track for the first time at 10:47 CET. After completing one lap, the car returned to the pits, presumably so that the team could carry out the necessary checks. It was an emotional moment for Claudio Berro and his team.

Depending on how these two days go, a test session should be organised afterwards, with drivers perhaps better able to provide the engineers present with a technical feeling. As the circuit is closed to the public, let's hope that Isotta Fraschini will be able to give us some pictures of his LMH on the tarmac today.

In the meantime, here is a first picture, taken by Uberto Galli, whom we thank warmly.
