SPORT1 is broadcasting all twelve races in the ADAC’s iconic GT3 series live and in full on free-to-air TV.

“After two successful years in the ADAC GT Masters, I am pleased that we will be lining up in the championship again this season. We feel right at home here and are sure that the series will continue to develop well this year. Our approach is obviously to go for the title again this year,” says team principal Michael Joos. Steam Joos Sportwagentechnik has been racing in the ADAC GT Masters since 2021. Last season, the team finished runner-up in the Drivers’ Championship with Christian Engelhart (36/ Starnberg) and Ayhancan Güven (25/ TR). The Porsche duo was victorious at the DEKRA Lausitzring and in Hockenheim.

A prize purse totalling € 570,000 in cash and non-cash prizes awaits the competitors in the 2023 ADAC GT Masters. At the same time, ADAC is continuing on its road to sustainability. In 2023, all the super sports cars will again run on sustainable fuel from Shell, which is made from 50 percent renewable components.
