As reported by Endurance-Info yesterday, Neel Jani will be part of the Duqueine Team this season in the European Le Mans Series. The Swiss driver will be accompanied by Nico Pino and René Binder. An entry form has been submitted for the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Swiss driver Neel Jani is making his return to competition in an LMP2 car, having already tested the Oreca 07 in a test session in Barcelona at the end of last year. The winner of the 2016 Le Mans 24 Hours will bring all his experience of the discipline.

The 18-year-old Nico Pino comes from LMP3 where he has been playing leading roles on both sides of the Atlantic. The Chilean will make his debut in LMP2. He was seen last weekend in a Ligier JS P320/Sean Creech Motorsports car where he finished second in the class.

The third man is René Binder. The Austrian raced for Duqueine Team in 2021 before joining Algarve Pro Racing last year.
