The European Le Mans Series entry list is definitely going to look good this year ! After José Maria Lopez, another 24 Hours of Le Mans overall winner is about to be made official for the coming season.    World Endurance Champion and winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2016 with Romain Dumas and Marc Lieb, Neel Jani has been keeping a low profile recently. Since he finished runner-up in the GTE World Championship at the end of an eventful 2021 season, the 39-year-old Swiss and Porsche have even decided to go their separate ways.

But Yifei Ye's mentor never had any intention of hanging up his helmet. Last December, he took part in collective tests organised in Barcelona (Spain), in the the Duqueine team Oreca 07.   According to our information, he will make his return to competition in the European Le Mans Series, but also in the 24 Hours of Le Mans if the dossier submitted by the Alès team is accepted by the Selection Committee, which will meet at the end of February.
