Ahead of its second year of competition, Theeba Motorsport is proud to announce its entry into the 2023 GT World Challenge Europe, competing in both the Endurance and Sprint Cups.

A NEW FOCUS

Taking on a new challenge, the team will continue in the Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO, competing in a total of 10 Endurance and Sprint rounds, both split equally across the GT World Challenge Europe season.

Starting the season with an Endurance race at Monza, Italy, the championship will continue with races at Brands Hatch, Paul Ricard, Spa-Francorchamps, Misano, the Nürburgring, Hockenheim, Valencia, and Barcelona, before rounding out the season at Zandvoort.

BUILDING ON SUCCESS

Following the team's success in its debut season of GT racing in 2022, Theeba Motorsport hopes to continue its winning streak, while also focusing on expanding the team and building a permanent base in Banbury, UK.

With six podiums and four class wins, Theeba Motorsport ended its stint in the International GT Open second in the Pro-Am Championship; a feat the team hopes to replicate this season.

It remains the team's ambition and intention to contest the Le Mans 24 Hours under a Saudi Arabian licence. Competing in the GT World Challenge Europe is a step closer to that goal.

PROVIDING ACCESSIBILITY

With grassroots opportunities engraved in Theeba Motorsport’s DNA, the team will provide a platform for Saudi people to learn about and participate in motorsport through a variety of engineering, mechanical and commercial internship and apprenticeship programmes.

IN HER WORDS ‍Reema Juffali, Founder & Driver, Theeba Motorsport

"We are a newly established team and with little testing last year we had a successful season that I am proud of. We now want to challenge ourselves and compete amongst the best by racing in the most competitive championship out there, and the GT World Challenge Europe is that. I am looking forward to running a full racing calendar this year with Theeba Motorsport, developing the team, visiting some iconic tracks and of course, working towards achieving some great results."
