British Am driver John Hartshorne returns to the European Le Mans Series, in the TF Sport Aston Martin Vantage GTE, for the third consecutive season alongside AMR Pro driver, Jonny Adam. The crew’s new addition for 2023 comes in the shape of silver driver, Ben Tuck.

25 year old Tuck has established himself within GT4 and GT3 racing over recent years, and is now taking the step up to GTE with 2022 24 Hours of Le Mans winners and World Endurance Championship champions, TF Sport.

Hartshorne and Adam scored their first podium together at Imola last season, in the form of a second place finish with 2022 teammate Henrique Chaves. TF Sport’s regular ELMS duo will be looking to build upon this result with silver-graded Tuck.

The European Le Mans Series prologue and first four-hour race of the season will once again take place at the Circuit de Barcelona Catalunya, on April 20 and 23.

All races will be streamed live, and free on the official ELMS YouTube channel.

Tom Ferrier, TF Sport Director - “John, yet again, made great improvements last season and it was a pleasure to see him stand on the podium at Imola last year. I’m pleased he has come back to race with us for a third season and I have no doubts that John will progress even further in 2023. I’m delighted to have Ben Tuck join the TF Sport family! He is a great young talent and is a superb addition to this line up.”

John Hartshorne, TF Sport Bronze Driver - “I am very excited to be racing in the ELMS again, and with the amazing TF Aston and Jonny. It was great to step onto the podium at Imola last year and I’m sure with the addition of Ben, who I’m really looking forward to driving with, we will be able to do that once again!”

Ben Tuck, TF Sport Silver Driver - “I’ve known about TF Sport since I raced in British GT in 2018, and followed their progress throughout the years knowing that they’re one of best GT Teams around. I’m really excited to be joining such an experienced and successful team and I’m really looking forward to where this season leads on to for the future. For the past four years I’ve mostly been racing at the Nurburgring (with the DTM Trophy in 2020) and only racing in BMW GT4/GT3 cars. On the whole this is going to be a very different experience for me; new car with the Aston Martin GTE, new tracks, a new championship and I really cannot wait to get started. I’m seriously looking forward to the 2023 season!”

Jonny Adam, TF Sport Platinum Driver - “Excited to be racing with TF Sport again in ELMS in the Aston Martin Vantage GTE. John’s progress was great in 2022 and we will look to keep improving. Also the addition of a great young GT talent in Ben Tuck will give us a strong line up to try get some nice results.”
