Hertz Team JOTA has today revealed its driver line up for the 2023 FIA World Endurance Championship Hypercar class.

A new entrant into the FIA World Endurance Championship’s top tier, Hertz Team JOTA, bring together the pedigree of one of the most successful sports car teams of recent times and an entirely new collective of unrivalled global partners.

Reigning Le Mans 24 Hours and World Endurance LMP2 Champions, António Félix da Costa (Portugal) and Will Stevens (Great Britain) have been retained by Hertz Team JOTA to drive the ‘Mighty #38’ – a Porsche 963 Hypercar class vehicle – with China’s Yifei Ye a new addition.

An Official F1 Test & Development Driver, Will’s distinguished career started as a European and Asia Pacific Karting Champion, before making his F1 debut in 2014. Having enjoyed multiple race victories, pole positions, podiums and fastest laps in every category throughout his career, Will’s pedigree, his speed, race craft and technical ability is widely recognised.

A previous FIA Formula E World Champion, António Félix da Costa has repeatedly demonstrated his speed and tenacity in the highest levels of motorsport. Cutting his teeth as an F1 junior before winning the Macau Grand Prix on two occasions, António has become one of the dominant forces and most respected drivers within the World Endurance Championship paddock.

Joining Stevens and da Costa is talented young Chinese driver and Porsche Motorsport Asia Pacific Selected Driver, Yifei Ye. 22-year-old Ye enjoyed a strong 2022 campaign in both GT and prototype racing and as a previous Asian Le Mans Series and European Le Mans Series winner, his potential has more than earned a call up to compete for the team.
