Racing Team Turkey regulars Salih Yoluç and Charlie Eastwood will be joined by ELMS and World Endurance Champion Phil Hanson, and ELMS race winner Juan Manuel Correa, for the season opener at Daytona International Speedway.  Having competed at Daytona for the first time in 2021, Salih Yoluç returns to the twice-around-the-clock battle, but this time, with his championship winning team and a stellar driver line-up to aim for the top step of the podium.  IMSA’s blue riband event commences with the qualifying race, the Roar Before the 24, on the 20-22 January, followed by the 2023 edition of the Rolex 24 at Daytona, on the 28-29 January. Tom Ferrier, TF Sport Director : “It’s great to be heading back to the States, not only with the GTD entry, but also with the Racing Team Turkey LMP2. We’ve proven what we can do on the European scene, and with a super-strong line up, I have no doubt that we will be battling for the win at Daytona.” Salih Yoluç, Bronze Driver : “This event is extra important to me. Personally, to win the triple crown of the endurance world, with the 24 Hours of Le Mans and 24 Hours of Spa, is one of my two big goals in racing, and this event will be extra special as it is the first 24-hour race for Racing Team Turkey!”
