A two-time WTCR champion, the 26-year-old Alsatian was offered the opportunity by Peugeot to test the 9X8 during the WEC Rookie Test in Bahrain.

No, Yann Ehrlacher is not a novice in endurance racing. Before concentrating fully on Touring and following in the footsteps of his uncle Yvan Muller, the 26-year-old Alsatian made his mark in LMP3. In 2016 and 2017, he raced in a Ligier JS P3 lined up by the M. Racing - YMR of the four-time world touring car champion.
