Jules Gounon's speed was well known and the 2022 season confirmed his potential. After the Bentley story, the French driver from Ardeche has bounced back perfectly at Mercedes-AMG where he quickly found his place at the wheel of the AMG GT3. The love affair between Jules Gounon and Mercedes-AMG will continue for three more seasons, until the end of 2025.

The current year has seen him take a second win at the 24 Hours of Spa after the 2017 success, not to mention a second victory at the Bathurst 12 Hours, the first coming in 2020. Jules Gounon can also congratulate himself on his podium finish at the 24 Hours of Nürburgring last June.

2022 is also the year of the GT World Challenge Europe (Endurance) title and a third place in the highly competitive ADAC GT Masters Championship.

The different 2023 programs of Jules Gounon will be announced later. He took part in 48 races this year.
