WEC - A former F1 driver at the wheel of the Ferrari 499P

While the testing programme for Ferrari's new hypercar is in full swing, the Italian team has not yet decided which drivers will be behind the wheel next year. However, the team that recently put a former F1 driver behind the wheel is still in the process of deciding.

As Antonello Coletta has always said: "Don't expect any surprises." The Head of Ferrari Attività Sportive GT is not one to hide secrets unnecessarily. He was right, and it is now common knowledge that James Calado, Antonio Fuoco, Miguel Molina, Nicklas Nielsen, Alessandro Pier Guidi, Davide Rigon and Alessio Rovera drove the Italian LMH in tests. That's as many official Competizioni GT drivers.
