As expected, the new GT3 version of the 992 will make its competition debut before its homologation. According to our information, the 911 GT3 R type 992 is expected to be on the starting grid of the eighth round of the Nürburgring Endurance Series on Saturday 8 October.

As the car is not homologated, it will be entered in the SPX category. Manthey Racing will unsurprisingly run the car, which could have the traditional Grello colours. Behind the wheel, we should find the French drivers Julien Andlauer and Frédéric Makowiecki.
