GT by SRO, three decades and almost 50 brands!

SRO Motorsports Group celebrated three decades of GT racing at the 24 Hours of Spa. For this occasion, a grid of GT cars was on track to celebrate the anniversary. Since the beginning of the GT by Stéphane Ratel, many manufacturers have competed in the SRO championships. But how many are there?

It all started with a discussion in the PitBrasserie of the Spa-Francorchamps circuit with Pascal Witmeur, Stéphane Ratel's official ideas agitator for almost 30 years. We won't hide anything from you, Pascal listed 41 of them. The game was to see if we could find more, with the key being a free Belgian beer (drink with moderation) if we managed to increase the number of 41. The kind of challenge you don't want to set yourself. We had to think a little but we found six more. Don't worry, only one Belgian beer for all six.
