CD Sport in Le Mans: 100 days to reach the end of the dream !

CD Sport discovered the 24 Hours of Le Mans while having little time to prepare. It was quite a gamble for the team, which runs the rest of the year in GT4 and LMP3.

100 days! In 100 days, CD Sport has put together a 24 Hours of Le Mans programme with no experience of the world's greatest endurance race, no knowledge of the LMP2 class, no preparation races and three rookies. On paper, the 25th place (out of 27) in the LMP2 class might seem anecdotal. If you scratch the surface, the final result of the Ligier JS P217 of Steven Palette, Christophe Cresp and Michael Jensen is like a victory.
