Nyck de Vries replaces Philippe Cimadomo on the #13 Oreca / TDS Racing x Vaillante

Late last night, we learned that Philippe Cimadomo, initially entered in the Oreca n°13 alongside Mathias Beche and Tijmen Van Der Helm, was excluded from the meeting. The 07 of the French team will nevertheless be at the start tomorrow, at 16h00.   To replace Philippe Cimadomo, Xavier Combet has chosen... Nyck de Vries. The 27 year old Dutchman has many assets : In addition to being a reserve driver for Toyota Gazoo Racing, he has made three starts in the Le Mans 24 Hours and knows the TDS Racing team well, having represented it in 2020 under the colors of G-Drive Racing and Racing Team Nederland.   The car, which will not compete in LMP2 Pro/Am but in LMP2, has now a wonderful crew.
