ISMA GT Champions confirmed as well, with the Nissan NPT-90 and Ferrari 333 SP to take to the track once again
This year’s Gulf Historic Dubai GP Revival will see some of motorsport’s most iconic machines roar back into life once again, as winners from Formula One and sportscar racing are fired up and pushed to their absolute competitive limits.
Tyrell 011 (1982)
Standing proudly alongside the likes of McLaren, Williams and Lotus, Ken Tyrell’s eponymous team spearheaded Britain’s fight for Formula One supremacy in the twentieth century. The 011 was one of the last Tyrells to take a grand prix win, driven to an unlikely victory by Michele Alboreto at the 1982 Las Vegas Grand Prix, characterising the never-say-die spirit of the rugged British manufacturer.
The 011 was powered by the magnificent Cosworth DFV V8 and is sure to set spines tingling when it takes to the circuit at the Dubai Autodrome later this month.
Fittipaldi F8 (1980)
Bearing one of the most recognisable names in Formula One history, the Fittipaldi F8 was one of the two-time world champion’s entrants as both a team boss and driver. Emerson drove the F8 on its debut at the 1980 British Grand Prix, but it was another world champion who scored its best result, as Keke Rosberg picked up a fifth-place finish at Imola.
The F8 took design inspiration from its contemporaries at Williams and Brabham, and was also powered by the popular Cosworth DFV V8.
Nissan NPT-90 GTP (1990)
The Nissan NTP-90 GTP is a car that conquered some of America’s most demanding and challenging racetracks in the pursuit for motorsport glory. On its way to claiming back-to-back ISMA GT Championships in 1990 and 1991, the NTP-90 GTP took victories at both Watkins Glen and Road America at the hands of Geoff Brabham, the son of Formula One legend, Jack Brabham.
Ferrari 333 SP (1995)
Marking the iconic brand’s return to sports prototype racing, the Ferrari 333 SP’s crowning moment took place in 1995, when it secured the ISMA GT Championship.
A truly unique sports prototype racer, the 333 SP was limited to just 40 models. Its monstrous 650bhp, V12 engine is sure to have fans on the edge of their seats when it roars into life at this year’s Gulf Historic Dubai GP Revival.
Ferrari 643 (1991)
The Ferrari 643 competed in the 1991 F1 season and comes with a loud, naturally aspirated V12 powerplant. This thoroughbred Prancing Horse racer was raced by four-time F1 champion Alain Prost, ‘The Professor’ held the record for the highest number of Grands Prix victories, until being beaten by F1 legend Michael Schumacher in 2001. This Prancing Horse is sure to be an immediate crowd pleaser across all three days of the festival.

The event will take place at the 5.4km-long Dubai Autodrome, which has hosted rounds of the FIA GT Championship, European Touring Car Championship, A1 Grand Prix and GP2 Asia Series since 2004.
