Just 20 years ago, the Manceau won the Belgian race in the Larbre Compétition Viper GTS-R. For Endurance-Info, he agreed to reopen the memory box.

He had not yet won his four Champ Car titles, nor had he yet got the F3000 crown, which he did a few months later. But he was already considered by many as the most talented driver of his generation. Long before he became the star he is today, Sébastien Bourdais came to the 24 Hours of Spa. Something wich would be impossible today, as the youngsters in the promotional formula are so unwilling - and unable? - diversify their activities.
