McLaren finally on its way to the Hypercar?

The English firm has never been so close to a return to the top class of Endurance racing. Here are the informations we have in our possession.
Zak Brown, McLaren Racing CEO, has been talking about it for years. In the meantime, in addition to F1, McLaren has entered IndyCar... and even Formula E and Extreme E! Fans no longer believed in it... but the McLaren Hypercar project would be on the right track.
Does this mean that the Woking-based company has found a partner capable of financing a large part of its project, like NEOM in Formula E and Extreme E or Arrow in IndyCar? Presumably.
