When we were invited to Spa-Francorchamps to attend a private test session of the new 911 GT3 R, the project Manager of the 911 GT3 R took the time to talk to Endurance-Info.

What did you have in mind when you bagan the design of the new 911 GT3 R?
The main objective was simply to make everyone's life easier. The regulations haven't changed much and we've been collecting a lot of data with the current 911 GT3 R. So we've been able to make progress on a lot of different little aeras with the main aim of making it easier to drive.
Even more than improving the level of the car ?
